Scandifile Sag og Journal is a state-of-the-art and reliable MS Windows application which is based on a MS SQL server 2019 database and the document archive Dokumentstore and the system has for the last 15 years been used to journal some of Denmark's most confidential data / documents and emails success.
Scandifile has continuously been performance optimized to run on new platforms MS windows 2016 and Ms Windows 2019 on the server side and on the client side for 64 bit Windows 10 clients.
The Scandifile suite helps capture your data and documents in an easy and automated way. Your documents / correspondence in Scandifile can be set so that they are automatically indexed so that it is easy and quick to find your critical documents. You can start by renting the solution we also offer

We also offer a workflow system that can store case processes and calculate case activity flows. You (the company / organization) can have a library of ready-made workflow templates which you can select the cases you can exchange these workflows with the case team parties e.g. via Ipads.
